Why Twist Print?

For some time now, managing production productively and competitively has become a key factor in companies. Twist Print is an operating system with an intuitive interface that allows you to digitize the operation and simplify management so you can focus on increasing sales, controlling costs and responding to the needs of your customers.

When this project started in 2015, we wanted to develop a system that would not only track the processes and stages of a printing plant, but also create optimization algorithms for cutting, machine automation, integration with electronic billers and instant coordination with suppliers and dispatchers. Today, Twist Print has optimized the plant work in more than 50 clients and extends its presence in countries such as the United States, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Nicaragua.

Ketsia Chavarría, Quote and Implementation Manager, Ardisa Nicaragua, says Twist Print has allowed for better control of their resources and more complete monitoring of their printing processes. "The advantage of Twist, being an online review system, is that it frees some departments and people from excessive workloads, allowing other users to manage themselves". On the other hand, Simon Socias, General Manager of Impresos Socias in Chile, says that the operating system helped solve communication problems between departments.

This has been possible because the project was presented in different modules, each focused on a specific stage or function of the print shop. In this way, collaborators have the possibility to track each order, enter work orders for each machine, schedule processes in advance and authorize progress to different stages, all from a computer or tablet connected to Twist Print's web platform.

The innovative platform represents a leap for printers into the future to participate in the so-called revolution 4.0, which must be prepared for a more competitive reality.
