Finding solutions through technology seems to be the way forward. More and more large, medium and small companies are making investments in applications/software that allow them to generate greater profitability and productivity.

A study called Global Business & Spending Outlook 2019, conducted in Spain by American Express, indicates which technologies are having the greatest impact.

According to 57% of directors, companies are reaping more benefits from robotics and automation. In this order, it is followed by Blockchain (a record of digital transactions based on a gigantic database in which all financial transactions made with electronic currency are recorded), artificial intelligence, Fintech applications and the internet of things.

For 53% of respondents, the internet of things will cause the challenges with greater complexity. For 23% of the directors, in the remainder of the year, the priority will be on investments for Business Intelligence and data analysis capacity. Meanwhile there are others who prefer mobile technology and applications specific to their processes.

What technology are you working with? What solutions have you found? Digitization and industry 4.0 are a reality, don't be left behind.
